Coconut Panellets

Today we will prepare some delicious coconut panellet, these are small sweets of Catalonia, Valencia and the Balearic Islands.

INGREDIENTS
250 grams of ground almonds
200 grams of sugar
150 grams of potatoes
200 grams of grated coconut
1 egg yolk
lemon zest

 flour
