Cumin





Cumin is a spice native plant and Turkestan, now widespread and widely used as a condiment in cuisines all over the world.
The plant of the Apiaceae family, about 30 cm.height gives a white small flowers (or pink) and are the seeds, the fruits that constitute the spice.




Its taste is bitter, slightly spicy and sweet aroma is strong and very penetrating.
